		<description>I would have to agree with Denis. There are a few poses, which many not know, are quite heavy on joints. 

The thing is one&#039;s threshold may not be the same as others, so it&#039;s a case to case basis.</description>

It is always a pleasure to read your comments on your blog. Your thoughts on yoga are very accurate and important. There is a limit to everything and balance is a priority. Joints are fragile and shoud not be stretched. It is very important to keep that in mind. I did some Bikram hot yoga a few years ago and I felt that some poses were not good at all for the joints. I might be wrong, but I think one should be carefull about these poses especially under high temperature.

		<description>My wife has been trying to get me to go to Yoga with her for a while but it has always been New Agey type environments that I am just not comfortable with!  Maybe you can move to PEI and teach your brand here?</description>
