I'm saving up for a vita mix of my own ... my old blender can't keep up with my green smoothie addiction.

I'm not totally raw either, but I've sure learned a lot along the way helping me to make nutrition better choices whether cooked or not.

You should check out my friend Priscilla's blog at http://www.cilla.ca/blog/. She's writing a book on her experience with Raw Food and she sometimes puts up easy recipes to share. So enjoy!

Cheers,
KL

Kris, glad you're interested in the Boreal retreat!

Check out this link for more info!

http://borealebiking.ca/yoga/yoga.html

Yah, definitely like the raw food thing, but only to a point at this point. I'd like to give it a whole hearted commitment one day, maybe for a month, just to see how I feel and learn a bunch of stuff about food. But at this point it doesn't quite fit in to my lifestyle.

The Vita-Mix rocks though! I love that thing!!

I'm interested in the Boreal Mountain Bike Yoga Retreat you're cooking up! I'll stay tuned but if there's an email list for updates, I'd like to be on it!

PS - since you mentioned Vita Mix ... are you by chance exploring a raw food diet?

All the best,
KL

Hi Ryan,
My 10 year old son and I saw you perform in Powell River during the Blackberry Street Festival. We saw you that past couple of years actually, and were dazzled each time! Now my son wants to start to learn how to do some tricks with his bike - do you know of any summer camps for kids to start to learn some of your great skills? Thanks for any information!

Hey Ryan, I always thought it would be great if you visited my kids' school (Victoria, BC). Any tips on how to recommend you to a school? Is there a publicity package I can give someone?
Thanks.
