Gratefulness!
Got spoiled during breakfast at a B&B, great way to start my day off for my day off! The last ten days has been incredible, I presented at 10 schools, performed at 3 bike shops, taught a fun yoga class (plus some solo practices), and went on three mountain bike rides. I am feeling so deeply grateful to have met and learned so much from all the amazing grade school students, shop owners and employees, teachers and principles, police officers, bike enthusiasts, and everyone in between. Smiles all around!

Yeah! I’m grateful for you being my inspiration as a biker. I guess sometimes we take things for granted and all we need to do is sit back and be grateful. You learn the greatest things from the least expected individuals!
Right on Theo, thanks for the comment and affirmation of the crucial need to take a step back and allow gratefulness to seep in to our lives! Peace!!
