Interview with MTB Strength Training Systems
The timing of this interview with James Wilson of MTB Stength Training Systems came at a mutually interesting time. James has been looking at the integration of body weight oriented exercises and stretches, and I have been looking at integrating resistence oriented exercies into my regime. Although he is interviewing me in this particular dialogue, we kick back and forth a few ideas about keeping not only the body healthy, but doing so in such a way that deeper layers of health and well being are created.
