It’s now 9:05am, still on the plane, and glad to have grabbed a little shut eye, should be rested enough to get my demo obstacles set up and organized at the CNE in Toronto, where the International Bike Show is being held this Friday through Sunday. I’m excited to not only be performing, but also presenting my seminar “Mastering the Mind Game of Riding”. That will be at 6pm on Friday, 2:30 and 6:00 on Saturday, and at 3:30 on Sunday.

I don’t usually do this in my e-mail posts, but I just wanted to thank my three title sponsors for being so supportive this year; Pete, Mark, and the crew at Norco Bikes; Rob and Mike at SOLE Custom Footbeds; Greg and Joé at Shimano. I’m super fortunate to be working with such a great team!
